Lovibond Phenol Red Rapid tablets are fast-dissolving, high-accuracy reagent tablets used to measure pool and spa pH levels (typically 6.5–8.4 range). Designed for color comparators and pool testers, they feature boron-free "Green Chemistry," include thiosulphate to neutralize chlorine interference, and come in aluminum blister packaging for long shelf life. Key Features and Description

• Rapid Dissolution: Specially formulated to dissolve quickly in water samples for faster, more convenient testing compared to standard tablets.
• Usage: Ideal for routine testing in pool testers, handheld comparators, and test kits.
• Measurement: Measures pH within the crucial 6.5–8.4 range, ensuring optimal water sanitation and bather comfort (target range 7.2–7.6).
• Chlorine Compensation: Contains thiosulphate, which neutralizes the interfering effects of chlorine on pH, ensuring accurate results in pool and spa water analyses.
